The dotted-stem bolete is found in Northern Europe and North America, commonly known as the scarlet bolete due to the red pores of its stem when mature—its pores are yellow when young. It is only edible when cooked properly and is often confused with the poisonous devil’s bolete (rubroboletus satanas).

Original Artwork on display in the exhibition will be available for collection or delivered after the end of the exhibition in early January 2025 when the venue re-opens after Christmas. Prints are available immediately for collection or delivery.
