Poppy-Lee will be leading this pattern design workshop at the wonderful Sunnybank Mills in Farsley, Leeds.

In this two-hour creative workshop we’ll be exploring the different techniques and styles used by designer William Morris to create our own handmade pattern tiles. Taking inspiration from botanicals and wildlife, you’ll be able to design a pattern inspired by one of Europe’s favourite fabric designers, perfect for fabrics, papers, and prints. All materials will be provided for the class, including watercolour paints and references, but if you have a photo you’d like to use, feel free to bring it along.
